Cancellation & Appointment Policy

I understand that circumstances can change and I aim to approach cancellations with fairness and understanding.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of:

50% of the appointment fee

If you do not attend an appointment and do not provide notice, the full appointment fee may apply.

I understand that illness, emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur.

I may waive or reduce a cancellation fee where there are exceptional circumstances.

If I need to cancel your appointment, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment where available.
